Pete, et al,
I agree 100%. I have been totally satisfied with their service for the past
18 years of using T-T gear off and on over the years. Like everything else,
there are unique circumstances that do occur and apparently this unsatisfied
customer had a "Ten Tec Bad Hair Day". I will continue to do business with a
company who is on target 99.99999% of the time with their customer service.
