Martin - reading some of the replies brings another thought - My Orion is
running 2.054 (It was installed by TT when my Orion was back at TT for an
intermittent CPU/DSP board) It is absolutely stone cold stable as far as
screwball lockups - I cannot speak for 2.056 never have tried it - BUT even
though 2.054 is stable - I am seriously considering putting 1.372 (or some
subset like 1.373b3 or b5 dunno) back in because I liked many of its
functuions much better - and I have no way to know how much of the "no lock
up" I get now is due to 2.054 or how much is due to having a non -
intermittent CPU board !
So one thing you might want to try is 2.054 ??? I really hate shipping
things back and forth - BUT if its in warranty it may be time !!!!
Good Luck -- 73 de Hank K7HP
