If your parallel line is no more than 10 per cent unbalanced, it should NOT
be producing any radiation from the line.
Look to your antenna installation, ground loops and other causes of RF in
the shack, such as something, (ground lead), together with feed line,
forming a quarter wave resonance, say between rig and earth ground.
Sometimes a loose mike shield can allow RF in a rig at the microphone jack.
Other causes are jumper coaxes not tight between rig and transmatch, ground
leads to a ground bus not tight, etc.
Even stranger RF in the shack problems sometimes crop up on certain bands
like 10 m if the desk lamp lead is 8 feet long!
