I for one am glad the PA is limited to 100-watts. While a pair of 3-500Z's may
need the added boost, those of us with amps that
only require 25-35 watts of input drive find anything in the 200-watt category
to be "dangerous."

Looks like fan cooling is an external user option. Hopefully, standardized
mounting centers are provided.

The web page displays only a partial list of features. I am sure that an SSB
monitor will be provided as it is on the Pegasus and
Jupiter...although it may be IF not RF derived...whatever.
I am most impressed with what I see so far, particularly with Ten-Tec's
decision to use a combination of the best analog filtering
and IF DSP filtering techniques. Dual 32-bit processors plus analog roofing
filters is going to be wrenching for YaeComWood. I
would sure like to see photos of the unit after the Charlotte Hamfest.
Nevertheless, based on the product description, this is the
closest thing that has caused me to consider letting go of my modified Omni Six
Plus!
