Why bother with an S meter? In every contest that I've worked every one
receives and gives a 599 report followed by "uh, could you give your call
phonetically as I did't get it". Geez, I thought one of those number was
"readability". I suppose, for the past 55 years, I've been misinformed on
the reporting procedures.
