Frequency stability is rated for 50hz during warmup. This is more than
the average JA radio although it may or may not be noticable to the
user. The fact is, it does drift more than most others and the reason
is due to the xtal oscillators. TenTec admits this.
There was never any mention about a keyer. So CMOS Superkeyers have
nothing to do with this conversation. I'm talking about a slight
frequency modulation at the front end of each key pluse which produces
a note peculiar to the Omni 6.
