James,

If your voltage is looking a little low, check the resistors on the metering
circuit-board. These seem to gain resistance as they age and therefore the
meter starts to show lower voltages. If you use a DVM and an High-Voltage
probe you will probably find that the HT is fine, change the resistors and
the meter reads like new.
