You might want to check your tuning rate. It's in Menu 3 and comes up as SPD.

My Omni VI has developed a strange tuning behavior. When I tune through a 
CW signal, instead of the tone continuously varying as I tune through it, 
the tone changes in discreet steps every 150 or 200 Hz (the step width 
seems to depend on the band, but is always in multiples of 5 Hz). 

Has any one experienced this type of behavior or does anyone have any ideas 
about what is going on?
