This is a very nice deal especially for the Techs and Novices out there.
I do want to comment on the UPS thing too.
I agree, don't use UPS. As of this date I have contacted them 3times
concerning damage to a 2M all-mode that I purchased and had insured
before shipping. They are very questionable on this. And as it takes
forever to get parts and repair anyway(Rice Box), this is doubly true.
I have used the Corsair II with excellent results for several years and
thought having a momentary desire for the newer stuff, can say that the
rig provides all I really need......Bells and whistles excluded.....of
course I find a decent recieve and a place for a mike and a key with QSK
is about all you really need anyway.
