I guess your choice depends on what you want to spend and what mode of 
operations you want. I have both the TT QRP kit and Scout. If you strictly 
want one band of CW QRP, the monobander does well. It puts out a good 4 
watts with a 13.8 volt supply and you can usually work any station you hear. 
However, you only have part of the band.

If you have the money to get a Scout, I highly recommend it. It also gives 
you SSB and all bands, with optional modules. I saw somebody recently 
selling one with eight modules for only about $450.
