The Omni C frequency display gets it's info from a frequency counter
which takes into account the VFO and mixer crystal frequencies. If it
is displaying the wrong frequency then you need to recalibrate by
adjusting the time base oscillator. The information for this is in your
manual. Please note that in the SSB reverse position the readout will
be off 3 KHZ. Also in CW mode, the display shows the frequency to which
the receiver is tuned, not the zero beat or tx offset frequency.
