There is no way I can control how your browser prints your email so look
to your own software for small print.
If I were Ten Ten I would not discuss anyones business in public. It is
no ones busines but their's and the customer.So I can understand why
they will not discuss your repairs or your bill here in the open.They
are not really in a position to do that ...It is a courtesy to you.
