[TenTec] Omni V vs. VI+, Corsair II for CW?

I have used the Corsair II and the Omni VI+ for CW, including a little
contesting, and am very familiar with them. I am interested in your
opinion or knowledge of the Omni V, as compared to these critters, for
the same use. I am told that it has basically the same receiver as the
VI, minus the DSP. The obvious drawbacks to me are lack of computer
controllability, sidetone tx/rx tracking, and RIT.
