But there's no way with using LSB for CW that you could copy USB while
sending CW. That's essential for working weak signals on VHF. Instant
mode switching without changing frequency is also important. Your
comments about Icoms just adds MORE reasons why ICOM is a dirty four
letter word in this ham shack. Just shows some radios were never used in
the real world and their designers are not hams.
