[TenTec] Orion filter tracking

I use the band stacking to put 2 frequencies on cw and 2 on SSB for each 
band.
For CW I use 1 KHZ filter and on SSB 6KHZ filter. When going from CW to SSB, 
mode and BW follow but the 1KHZ filter does not change to 6KHZ.
Is this normal or am I missing something? Having to go into the menu each 
time that I want to change is a PITA. Is there a way around this?
