Yes, there used to be a test in MIL-STD-461 (or maybe an ARINC standard)
for testing EMC in military electronics. It was called the "buzzing
relay test". A relay was rigged as a buzzer one of its leads run
parallel to the cables to the unit under test, to see if it was
susceptible.
