Jim Brown is right.

One other current loop is the neutral.  I have know a person that eliminated 
the neutral to eliminate that remaining current loop.  He used the station 
ground as the return.  This is in violation of electrical code of course and 
not recommended to do because of the electrical hazard.

Like Jim has said before,  from the point where the coax shield from the 
antenna start measuring your lengths of inter connecting cable to the radio 
gear.  A 1/4 wave length will radiate.  You need to break that up.  Common mode 
chokes are the answer.
