One-Plug will not run natively under Linux..   But one solution if you 
just have to run Linux,  is to run one of the VNC versions ,  UltraVNC,  
RealVNC,  etc   and Skype for audio.   This will allow you to take 
control of your local computer that is running Windows,  (maybe Carl's, 
N4PY SW)  and Skype to push the audio back out to the Linux box..   
About the best you can do for now..
