Imagine the bracket as a flat plate under the radio the same size as its width and depth. In the middle of the sides is the U shaped piece that joins the bottom pan, and clamps the radio. Counter sunk screws were used going up in the top of the U (upside down), to attach to a dash. You could as easily mount the pan to a tilt angle board, and simple use the U to hold the radio securely. The U screws to the turned up sides of the pan. I advise lining the contact piece (U) where it bears down on the radio, with some self adhesive felt to protect the radio finish. The pan having holes drilled to snugly hold bottom rubber feet keeps the radio from sliding around when it is clamped.

The unofficial Ten Tec pages did not show the mobile bracket, as far as I could see.
