Yes... I think I will try making one of these. A local ham/radio engineer is available for consultation and to look over my shoulder who can more fully explain Jerry's fine, detailed exegesis on how and why it works. It seems like it could work as for both ham contacts and SW broadcast reception which I still enjoy.
