Well, so far I proved that wiggling is legit way of fixing some things.
After wiggling a few wires I now have 110 AC on the white wires and I
can see that I still don't have the supply working. The front panel
switch is good. I tried jumpering the white wires with a test lead with
small alligator clips...No luck . then I tried with some 14 or 16 ga
wire...no luck. I did test the continuity on both white wires back into
the supply and they tested good. It was 35 deg here and my shop is in
the unheated garage, ie, my hands got cold enough to hurt so I will
puzzle on this some more and try again tomorrow.
