[TenTec] 962 Power Supply

I don't find the internal speaker for the OMNI VI useful, and
the speaker in the 961 / 962 is the same.  I enjoy a bit more
sound from an external speaker all the time.  I use a smaller
speaker for CW and a much larger one for SSB.  I do like the 
matching cabinet :-) .
