I would explore the voltage sag when under transmitting load.This could be an aging electrolytic(s) drying out and failing to provide enough voltage and current, give you have explored solder issues. Hopefully, some current Corsair owners will speak up. My only encounter with a Corsair was one that still had a good power supply. Good Luck!
