You won't get a TXCVER with a RX like the Eagle for $500 less...IMHO.

I too stopped by the factory over Thanksgiving and tried the Eagle out 
and I
too was impressed with the radio.  It is a good radio but I think it is
about $500.00 to high. Love my OrionII and my Jupiter. Still looking 
for a
Paragon.
