Yes, same idea, but much smaller, less expensive, and battery
operated.  You can make your own enclosure, and paddles if you want,
or you can buy them prefabricated..  I bought mine from CW Touchkeyer,
but there's also an article in QST about building one

I've had mine for about a year, and I really like it (I like a soft
touch with the paddles).  I added a battery saver circuit so I don't
leave the thing on for days accidentally, and the 9 volt battery lasts
about a year (it hasn't needed replacement yet).
