Hi Gary,

Have you confirmed that the source of the problem is from the
particular AC power line hookup you have?

I've been reading the Power Line thread with interest, but don't
recall a direct confirmation of the problem by you.  Since you are
able to operate from battery power, you could just pack up the rig and
drive a few miles away to a local park and see if the buzz is still
there.  If it is, you can set aside the AC power line feed project for
another day.  As I recall, you said there is no buzz at home with
another receiver.
