Dear Abby:

I want to put some DC blocking caps in line for some
aftermarket 6.3 and 9 MHz crystal filters in my Corsair and
OMNI VI. I note that Network Sciences puts in 0.1 uF NPO disc
ceramics in there for that purpose ( "130J NPO" ). I am told
any old value, 0.1 or 0.01 works fine for this purpose. I am
curious, is there a reason I should choose one over the other,
and is the NPO designation important in this application?

Signed

"Curious"
