Many Thanks for your helpfull Letters. I hope it can be fixed these with new
Capacitors. Yes i know, the Capacitors are very important, but for me this
is a new situation with this ORION. Maybe a Ceramic- Capacitor parrallel to
the new 470µF is also helpfull.
Before i has used the FT990 and FT1000D for CW very bad, the TS930S from
Kenwood is mutch better, like perfect. Now the Orion with Dual-Receive anf
less Oszillatornoise beat the TS930S.

Holger I wonder if it might be the power distribution board. The power
distribution board is a very simple fix. You replace 3 electrolytic
capacitors. You should try and get good quality, low ESR value caps with
a
HIGHER voltage rating than the original. Ron, N6IE, describes the fix on

Now i am a proud Owner from the famouse ORION 565, make the Softwareupdate
to
the latest Version 2.064XX11 and DSP 2.08b84, the Results now is
fantastic.
But, sometimes after switched on the Orion I, the Display with all
Information
are not coming on ,only white Display, Boot- Error or is this normal ?
These Troubble i has had also before i make the above Update !
Perhaps some Voltages inside are not correct?
Maybe Help is possible?
