Do you think he should try 3.69?

Just got off the phone with him.  Interesting.  The problem ONLY occurs when
using his 20m beam.  If he uses a dummy load or a vertical or one of the
dipoles, there is no problem.  He didn't tell me that the first time we
spoke.  In this case it appears to be RF getting into something.
