Seems to me that if the mfg. is at fault, they should eat the shipping
cost especially in a DOA situation. Warranty is a different matter
however. I'm preparing to ship 2 21" Haitachi monitors back for the 3rd
time with convergence problems. These weigh about 100lbs each. Guess who
gets to pay shipping?
