The INRAD filters are "better" in that they have steeper
skirts and a little lower loss.  They are built better
physically.  They are "worse" in that they are more expensive,
are not easy to repair if some little problem occurs (sealed
in metal boxes), and theorically the lattice design "rings"
a bit more so is not quite as desireable for very weak 
signal work.  I have not yet been able to compare the filters
to hear the difference, but plan to in the near future.

Either filter is good.  INRAD provides some other bandwidths
and even a 10 pole design for SSB that has very nice skirts.
If you have the extra few bucks, why not give them a try...
