[TenTec] Century 21 PTO Parts?

I'm repairing a 243 Remote VFO and I need a couple of PTO parts that are not
included in the $35 PTO Rebuild Kit from Ten Tec.  I also still need one of
the plastic dial indicators and a large knob.
