FWIW I have mine set for 100% weighting and 5 ms rise/fall.  The QSK delay 
setting depends upon the switching time of your linear, if you're using one.  
With no amp, or a good QSK amp, you can use no delay, or 0%.  With my two 
old-fashioned tube amps, I find that 60% delay is about right.
