Doug, remove the display and DeOx the pins on each side with a Q-tip.
Do not spray the solution directly on the pins.
After cleaning the pins with the solution replace the display board.
That should do it if not you may have a bad cap.
I have done both my Corsair II and OMNI displays this way and the problem
was resolved by cleaning.
