[TenTec] Pegasus programmers manual

I placed my order for a Pegasus on Friday. Today, finally I can access the 
TenTec web site and I can't find the programmers manual. I found the software 
OK. The Pegasus adds say that the "complete programmers manual" is available. 
Has anyone else had any luck downloading the manual?
