[TenTec] TT 509 Argonaut Sticking Relay

The magnetic reed relay in my Ten-Tec 509 Argonaut hangs up on transmit
until I power the radio off.  Therefore, I am wondering if I need to replace
the relay or is it a problem in the circuit that is keeping this relay
energized?  If I need to replace this relay, were would I find a
