If you're running in a cw contest and a loud station nests 500hz away,
the K3 will be significantly more immune than the O7. There's just no
two ways around that fact. The same can be said if you're trying to
pull out a weak dx station on 160M cw with a very loud domestic signal
a few hundred hertz away. These are VERY tough tests the K3 was
specifically designed for and really shines. The question is how
often these situations will come up and whether other considerations
tip the hat in the direction of the O7.
