Topband: 160 AM BCB filter

Thanks to all who responded to my offer of a complementary broadcast band
reject filter. Two recipients have been selected and notified: W3DQ and
N1EU. Once they receive them I am sure they will be testing and reporting
back their findings to myself the group.
