Topband: receving antenna

I am looking for a receving antenna for 160 and 75 meters. what
would be a good one. I have a lot oub 250 bt 250 ft. I made a
receving loop but have not put it up yet. If anyone has any good
ideas let me know also I need photos and  and any info would be
helpful, kind of new to this kind of thing . thanks
