Topband: low coast solid state amp. info wanted

Hello all,

I'm searching for a low cost solid-state amplifier design in the
800-1000Watt class.

I know in the past DL9AH designed something with 32x IRF710, good for
750Watt.
Meanwhile there might be other, or even simpler designs abvailable.
It doesn't have to be a multi-band amplifier.
160m only is good enough.
Anyone can help?
