Asked, "I need information (pref. www links or other sources) describing short monopoles using multiple wires connected to it's top and fed in phase for increase in radiation resistance. (Used in LF/VLF)." Unless you're referring to adding multiple, spaced elements, adding additional conductors to an existing radiator does not increase its radiation resistance. Only the feed point Z can be increased in the fashion of a step-up transformer. 73, Roy K6XK/0 |
