I want to quickly determine if my TX ant is coupling noise into my rx ant(s) they are all rather close. I devised a simple test .. fitting a two way switch on the tx ant one side of it shorted. I then checked the noise floor on the rx ants with the switch in both positions, ie, with a resonant TX ant in position 1 and a dead short in position 2, No difference at all. Was this a meaningful test or have I missed something?
