Just remember the skin depth of saltwater is very very shallow on 160, so
any portion of radials or ground plates extending more than several inches
below the surface would have no use at all for RF ground.
Maybe someone else knows the exact skin depth.
Once you put the wire close to or below the skin depth it would have no use,
so I wouldn't waste time on radials laying deep in the water. Just use the
hull if you can, or multiple short radials dangled over the sides.
