> The 1830-35 kHz DX window has been eliminated from the rules. If we wanted to encourage everyone having a shot at working DX, the rules would ban NA or Europe from working same continent QSO's in the 1830-35 range. Better yet only DX would be allowed to transmit in the DX window, and have to work split. Pity the poor (DX or USA) station a long distance from anyone now, or with a small antenna or low power. He is done for. The rich get richer! |
