I listened last evening - first time - for N2XE/B on 1999.1 and didn't hear a
thing. I tuned around that frequency
and once I got to 1999.57 there it was BOOMING in between 439 to 549 around
0620z.
It was basically Q-5 copy even on QSB-mins. Too bad the beacon does not have
programmable power levels
with different code-words to allow users to determine how far into the noise
the signal can be copied.
