Topband: HP Vector VM

Does anyone remember the model number and some of the specs, like frequency
range, of this old HP meter.  I recall seeing/using a rack mounted model
that was about 7" high with a mirrored meter. I also remember seeing the
meter advertised by surplus dealers, but don't recall where.  Has anyone
used this meter for lowband array phasing measurements?
