I was wondering if anyone has experimented with the Kintronic Inc antenna
design?
It is a 0.05 wave high AM radio station monopole, effectively 4 inverted "L"s
close together (10 feet) fed with simple coax matching system.
The antenna has measured about 300 mV/m where a 1/4 wave is typically about 313
mV/m.
There are other designs with 2 or more wires.
If you put "a novel short am monopole" into Google it will bring up a PDF of
technical info and test results. These papers have al the math required to
design the antenna and matching.
Or is this just another shielded loop controversy ?
