And what about the BIG BIG domestic stations who park theirselves in the DX
window for contests?
With skimmers, can we not PROVE they've done this and disqualify them?

Keyclicks remain a big issue, Some of the worst offenders are also big
contesting stations who come near the top of the results tables every
year. One cannot help wondering if a certain amount of 'keyclick' is all
part of a strategy to keep their run frequency clear, If so then it
should simply be considered cheating and result in a % deduction from
the overall score.
Now that it's possible for an entire band to be recorded for the entire
duration of a contest, perhaps even from multiple locations it should be
possible adjudicate on this.
There really should be no excuses these days for stations who don't take
action to ensure that their transmitted signal is of good quality and
click free.
