Bob,

Unless you consider the pre-amp "rare" or "collectible", just swap out the RCA 
connectors with BNCs. Those are more of a standard now than RCA connectors.

Adapters are easy enough to use, but who needs all that stuff sticking that far 
out of the back?

You may want to consider a good band pass filter to go with the preamp and save 
yourself a potential headache.
