One of the Web resources I often use is the High Latitude (NA)
K-indices page at http://solar.uleth.ca/solar/www/160mag.html since it
gives you a good idea of auroral disturbances, etc. Thought you might

It hasn't been discontinued, but the flow of data from the U.S. Air Force has
halted due to some system problems at that end somewhere. We've inquired and
they are working on the problem, but they aren't giving any promises as to when
they will have it working again. But they will...
